The Books Consulting is a black-owned organization that was established in the year 2013. The company provides quality financial and tax services with fresh and innovative solutions, tailor-made to address the specific needs of various clients. 

The website allows users to learn more about the business and check out their services list, location and to connect with their social media accounts.

Our Solution
Our team led the initiative to understand The Books Consulting’s Goals and objectives before diving into the website redesign. It was clear that they wanted to set themselves apart from their competition as leaders in Financial and Tax services. With this goal in mind, we then conducted a complete audit of The Books’ website and marketing strategy, along with a competitive analysis. 

During this discovery process, we found important opportunities to update their SEO tactics to more modern practices and began to create a comprehensive plan to fill those keyword gaps and boost organic traffic. Developing a content strategy and a clear direction for messaging would be a key piece to the SEO strategy.

Through the promotion of blogs on Facebook and Instagram, The Books Consulting maintains more than double the average engagement rate – Even throughout their off season. With this and the SEO structure of the site, The Books eliminated irrelevant website traffic and saw a significant increase in leads within the first few months. Digital marketing was previously a small portion of The Books, it now contributes to a large percentage of their overall sales.
